1. Information We Collect

Account & Contact. Name, email, phone, shipping/billing address.
Transactions & Payments. Order details and payment status. Card data handled by Stripe/Google Pay — not stored by us.
Device & Usage. IP, device ID, OS, app version, screens viewed, crash logs.
Location (if used): for nearby stores and delivery estimates.
Push Tokens (if used): for order and delivery alerts.
SMS & Phone. Used for OTPs, order updates, and (with consent) promotions.

SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS from SEASONZ (via Twilio) including order updates, OTPs, delivery alerts, and support messages.

Consent is not required to purchase or use our services.
Standard carrier rates may apply.
We never sell your phone number.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@myindianstore.app.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and improve our services; personalize your experience.
Transactional communications (email, SMS, push). Marketing only with consent.
Analytics, security, fraud prevention, and enforcing our terms.

3. How We Share Information

Service Providers. Hosting, payments, analytics — all under contract.
Legal & Safety. When required by law or to protect users.
With Your Consent. Any other sharing requires your explicit permission.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Access, correct, or delete your data via Account Settings.
Revoke app permissions in device settings at any time.
Email info@seasonz.us with subject "Data Deletion Request" to delete your account. Processed within 30 days.

By using any SEASONZ product or service, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Service

Our platforms connect customers with vendors, home chefs, and service providers. You must be 18 or older to create an account and agree not to use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

2. Orders & Payments

Prices are in USD. Payments processed by Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — we do not store card details. You will not be charged until your order is successfully delivered.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for accurate delivery addresses. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect info or unavailability.

4. SMS & Messaging Consent

Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your phone number at registration or checkout, you consent to receive SMS from SEASONZ US LLC (via Twilio) including order confirmations, delivery alerts, OTP codes, support messages, and (with explicit opt-in) promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Standard carrier rates may apply.
Consent is not required to purchase.

5. User Content

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
